“Elle Bryson RMT is not permitted to bring hypodermic needles, acupuncture needles, dry needles, Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) needles, lancets or any other tools or devices designed to puncture or break the skin into a clinic or any place where she provides massage therapy treatment. The Respondent is also not permitted to perform any procedure which involves the breaking, piercing, or puncturing of the skin, or any procedure on tissue below the dermis while practicing as a registered massage therapist. For nearly 10 years, Elle has been an ardent student of people’s bodies.

A certified anatomy nerd, Elle is a graduate from the 3400-hour Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College and has been passionate about the inner workings of the human form for over 2 decades.

As a former yoga teacher and trainer, she is also inspired by yogic practices, she is a firm believer in the power of massage, movement and breath work to facilitate healing. Creating conscious, trusting relationship between the person and their body is at the forefront of her work.

Elle is and has been an anatomy educator for nearly a decade in various mediums and communities - spanning online, workshops and professional trainings for movement and therapy.

Elle’s areas of interest include myofascial release; nervous system regulation; TMJ issues; breathing disorders; mental health experiences including anxiety & PTSD; traumatic brain injury; MVAs; post-concussion syndrome; end of life care; as well as the daily maintenance of the physical human experience.

Each individual is worthy of the time and space to learn about and understand their own physical makeup. Knowing how to live well in your body is her ultimate goal!
